Install a travel eSIM on Google Pixel
Google’s setup instructions explain how to add a SIM and manage mobile networks, but an individual travel package can have additional activation requirements. Check both the phone and plan.
Before you go
Use the current Pixel Help steps for your software version, keep Wi-Fi available during setup and select the correct SIM for mobile data once the plan is ready.
- Open the plan’s QR or manual activation instructions before setup.
- If data does not work, first check that the line is on and selected for mobile data.
- Change the APN only when the provider gives you an exact value.
If the instructions don’t match your phone
Menu names move between software versions. Follow the current manufacturer guide for your phone, then use the eSIM provider’s plan-specific steps for network settings.
